Harshitha.R is a Physical Therapist who earned her degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Dayanand Sagar College of Physiotherapy Bangalore in 2015. From her high school days, she discovered her passion to help others recover from injury. Her treatment philosophy is to prevent Injuries before they occur. She focuses on rehabilitating and training the body to use all planes of motion specific to the desired movement to allow maximal return to functional activity. Harshitha serves as the team physical therapist for The Physio Human Performance. She has volunteered as an physio volunteer for oxfam trail walking bangalore. She does sports massage for athletes and clients as a part of rehabilitation.

Papia Paul gained qualifications as a physiotherapist from a reputed medical college in Bangalore,India. She has an experience of treating patients with various illness for 3years. She finds herself more inclined towards orthopaedic related conditions. Being a physiotherapist she believes one has to keep updating themselves about the recent advances in the field, therefore she has keen interest in learning new techniques which can support her as a tool and ensure the faster recovery of patients. She attended various courses such as Dry Needling, FIASTM, NDT, Theraband and Ball training, Muscle palpation and the learning process still goes on.

Quemeen is a highly motivated and friendly Physical Therapist aspiring to establish a skilled and a successful career. He has completed his Undergraduate for Ramaiah Medical College. Having worked in an Hospital as well as a Sports Setup over the years he has gained good experience and has his interest focused mostly in orthopaedics cases ranging from sports rehabilitation to elderly affected by and recovering from injuries. He specialises in myofascial release, sports massage and functional movement screening He has worked with a variety of talented professional players each individual having a different base of game like swimming, tennis, football, cricket, snooker, golf, marathon runners and many more. He believes in patient specific and goal oriented training and therapy and over the years wants to update and upgrade his professional skills.

Ruchi Mistry qualified physiotherapist from India over 4 yrs of experience since graduating from veer narmad south Gujarat university surat, Gujarat. Following which she took clinical job in Gujarat and completed her shoulder injury rehabilitation course from Pune. She completed her masters in physiotherapy in musculoskeletal and sports from MS Ramaiah Medical College. Her interests lies in treating knee and shoulder injury cases and challenge herself on day to day biases. Learning is always a passion for her she completed many workshop Like NDT,COMT, Theraband and ball , Sports tapping and Mat Pilates. She specialises in assessing and treating geriatric population, at present she is taking traning in sports massage and reformer pilates .
