These are specialised group classes with two to three people in a group, these classes are taken once you recover from your acute pain. Physiotherapist runs these classes to teach you the correct technique and right way to load the muscle so that you recover completely from your injury once for all.

Why physio rehab group exercises

Over the years we have seen once patients are discharged from the clinic and they come back with the same complaint because they stopped working on their rehab protocol. So we taught to run these exercises which are carried by physiotherapist to guide you through your final stage of rehab so that you recover completely once for all.

anyone wanting to strengthen specific area like back & core, knee and shoulder

Monday, Wednesday, Friday – Batch 7-8AM, 12-1PM, 6-7PM

Tuesday, Thursday,Saturday –  Batch  7-8AM, 12-1PM,6-7PM
