REHAB TRAINING

Our rehab training program starts off with an individualised

1 on 1 biomechanical and movement assessment following which, performance coaches and the physiotherapist will create a customized program based on the assessment, keeping your goals, needs, sports activities and occupation in mind.

Many times we notice after training for long our body get accommodated to and no further changes happen in the body, there are many reasons as to why  this happens, our team specialises to find out the root cause of it which can help you overcome the barrier.

With the assessment we find the weakest link, which is targeted first for recovery, after which we focus on complete athletic development combining mobility, strength endurance agility and power into one complete program to prevent the individual from re-injury and performance at a maximum level.
